While gaining master of the Mike Austin swing will bring added speed and distance built in, some of you will no doubt like to take your driving to a higher level.
Increasing your clubhead speed is done through mechanics, flexibility, and increased power output from the muscles of the body.
For the untrained (beginners, older golfers, or those with physical limitations) I recommend sticking with speed training lessons marked 'LEVEL 1'. Much of this deals with flexibility and balance. These are simple exercises for the more casual golfer that can be done at home without a large investment in time . . .
