Once the left hand goes on correctly, the right hand almost wants to complement it and fit into the right position.
Wrapping the fingers around the grip almost feels like picking up a pail of water by the handle.
Jerry and I do not recommend using an interlocking grip as it curtails the range of motion of the wrists and therefore limits your distance potential. I have found my students with bigger hands can occasionally get away with interlocking but 90% of golfers will never develop power with this style. We do encourage you, especially if you are a beginner . . .
